Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and hands-on execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.

  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and optimize content for growth.

  • Run paid social media campaigns and analyze performance.

3. Content Creation & Management

  • Produce high-quality digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, email copy).

  • Work with designers, videographers, and agencies where needed.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

4. SEO & SEM

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

  • Plan and manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns.

  • Analyze keyword performance and competitor ranking.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs across digital channels.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

6. Email & Automation

  • Develop email marketing campaigns and workflows.

  • Manage subscriber lists and A/B test email content.

7. Website & Landing Pages

  • Update website content and coordinate with developers on improvements.
  • Create conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns.

8. Collaboration

  • Align with Sales, HR, and Brand teams to ensure digital support for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn etc).

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
