Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives within the Banking sector. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative financial products and services.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
