Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee branch operations within the Banking sector. The role is responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving financial targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Drive sales and business growth through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage branch performance and ensure achievement of financial targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor operational risks and implement control measures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • Approve transactions and oversee loan and credit processes.
  • Prepare and submit branch performance reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the local business community.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash management and security procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in banking operations or branch management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
