Job Summary


The Administrative Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating key administrative functions including corporate insurance management, property administration, staff accommodation, immigration support, vendor and contract management, and overall office operations. The role ensures efficient administrative systems, cost-effective service delivery, and full compliance with legal, safety, and corporate governance requirements while supporting operational effectiveness within the construction environment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Insurance Management: Oversee corporate insurance policies, negotiate coverage terms, and manage claims processes.
  • Property Administration: Manage company-owned and leased properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and proper utilization.
  • Staff Housing: Coordinate employee accommodation, negotiate leases, and manage relocation logistics.
  • Immigration Support: Handle visa applications, work permits, and liaise with relevant government authorities.
  • Office Operations: Supervise administrative staff, manage office supplies, and ensure efficient administrative systems.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers to optimize operational costs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and corporate governance standards and prepare related reports.


Qualifications


  • University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in administration or office management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated competency in administrative management and customer service delivery
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently and professionally with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and reliability
