Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development (Sales) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling IT or software solutions, particularly in the banking and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT, software, and financial solutions space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Present, negotiate, and close sales of IT or software solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of IT Solution for Banking and Financial Sector.
  • Proven track record in selling IT or software products.
  • Experience in banking or financial solutions is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
