Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced Cluster Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership for a logistics business unit covering transportation services and dry port operations. The role is responsible for financial planning, performance management, risk control, and supporting commercial decision-making to drive profitability and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of financial strategies to drive profitability.
  • Lead preparation of annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance through analysis and variance reporting.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee expenditure management, payments, and cost optimization.
  • Conduct financial due diligence for projects and investments.
  • Support enterprise risk management and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure timely allocation of financial resources to support operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, regulatory bodies).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards.
  • Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting) or related field.
  • CPA/ACCA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in senior finance management roles.
  • Strong experience in corporate or logistics-related environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, and compliance.
  • Experience using accounting systems and financial tools (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
