Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a highly experienced Cluster Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership for a logistics business unit covering transportation services and dry port operations. The role is responsible for financial planning, performance management, risk control, and supporting commercial decision-making to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of financial strategies to drive profitability.
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance through analysis and variance reporting.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee expenditure management, payments, and cost optimization.
- Conduct financial due diligence for projects and investments.
- Support enterprise risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure timely allocation of financial resources to support operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, regulatory bodies).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards.
- Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting) or related field.
- CPA/ACCA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in senior finance management roles.
- Strong experience in corporate or logistics-related environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, and compliance.
- Experience using accounting systems and financial tools (Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
